Step 2: Acknowledge the Code of Conduct

Step 3: A Waiver of Liability https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/v/FVDRA2024/ must be completed for every adult and child (parents fill out for minors) on the membership before the membership can be granted. Click on the link included in checkout.
