Executive Director and Director Election:
● Trail Director – Joseph Gardner – Re-elected to 2-year term, ending 2027 - unanimous
Year End Report - President
● 2025 in review - 2025 goals have been met,
○ CLCCF grant dollars received has been spent and all work/projects have been completed – completion report prepared for emailing by December 31, 2025
○ Maintenance day turn-out increased by 168%
○ Social Media accounts are being monitored regularly
○ Membership grew 37%
○ 1st Appreciation Day and Skills & Drills, was a huge success
○ 18 trails were reopened, 5 bridges built, 40 trail markers decaled and installed
○ Lover’s Lane damage from 24hr Race – repaired
○ Several Culverts installed in areas requiring water management
○ Pitpass Camp got a 2nd Outhouse plus 4 new picnic tables
○ Woodpecker Flats Outhouse was rebuilt
○ Challenges facing the club were discussed
ü Declining board members and involvement
ü Attendance at monthly meetings
ü Team leads for trail maintenance days, and low attendance
ü Lead for maintenance day BBQ’s
ü RSTBC non-responsive to Section 57 application
ü Regular director presence in area, advocating and promoting for memberships and involvement
● 2026 plans discussed
○ 15 trails have been identified for reopening
○ 12 bridges need to be built
○ Men at Work, 21 Days, Campers Pampers, Hanson Hardcore, Orange Crush, Stay Out, Plumbers, Cottonwood Corner, Keep of the Grass, Wagon Wheel, Time Machine, Lower Rubber Ducky, I am Canadian, I am Canadian 2 have been flagged for maintenance
○ Signage is ongoing, 6 areas mainly on the east side require wands and arrows
○ Grounds maintenance required at Pitpass Camp, ramp to accessible toilet to be concreted, staging area map, skills area sightline clearing
Year End Membership Report - Treasurer

● Prior year comparison: 117 (2024) – 160(2025) increased by 43 memberships
● Ratio is @ 60/40 Family/Single
Year End Finance Report - Treasurer
● FVDRA shows a positive net profit of $5,092 indicating profitable operations for the year. The association maintains a strong liquidity position with $27,516 in cash reserves. Retained earnings of $2,278 reflect accumulated profits available for reinvestment or future operational needs.
Year End CLCCF Grant/Funding Report FVDRA received $9780.00 from the CLCCF for campground improvements, maintenance equipment support and trail improvements. This support is vital to our continued stewardship of the area, and we are grateful to receive it. All aspects of the grant request have been fulfilled throughout the year, and the completion report will be emailed to CLCCF by December 31, 2025.
